Need a little clarity?
We support a wide range of home improvement needs, including full renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, interior and exterior updates, flooring, roofing, security, outdoor improvements, solar, and other property services.
Absolutely. You do not need to plan a complete renovation to get started. We can help with individual rooms, specific upgrades, repairs, installations, and other improvements based on what your home needs most.
Start by telling us what you would like to improve, what is not working well, and what you want the finished space to feel like. From there, you can identify the services and priorities that best fit your property and goals.
Yes. Planning related improvements together can make it easier to organize priorities and create a more consistent result. You can combine projects such as remodeling, flooring, roofing, exterior work, security, solar, or other property updates.
Yes. Along with renovation and improvement services, we also cover areas such as home warranty, home insurance, solar, real estate, and mortgage services to support broader property needs.
1. Introduction & Acceptance. These Terms & Conditions establish the general rules that apply when you visit the Quick House Restore website, request information, schedule a consultation, obtain a project proposal, or engage us for home renovation or related services. By accessing the website or proceeding with a service request, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If a separate written agreement applies to your project, that agreement will contain the specific commercial and project requirements applicable to the work.
2. About Our Services. Quick House Restore provides residential renovation, remodeling, interior improvement, design coordination, installation, repair, and related home services. The availability and nature of particular services may depend on the property, project requirements, location, materials, site conditions, scheduling, and other practical considerations. Website descriptions are intended to provide general information and do not guarantee that every service, product, finish, or construction method will be suitable or available for every property.
3. Project Consultations. Information submitted through our website, telephone conversations, emails, consultations, or other inquiries helps us understand your project objectives. A consultation or discussion does not by itself create a binding obligation for Quick House Restore to perform work. Before a project begins, the applicable scope, pricing, responsibilities, specifications, payment arrangements, and other important details may be documented in a proposal, estimate, work order, or separate service agreement.
4. Estimates & Project Pricing. Project pricing is developed using the information available to us at the time an estimate or proposal is prepared. Actual costs may change when additional information becomes available, measurements are confirmed, materials are selected, or concealed property conditions are discovered. Conditions involving structural elements, plumbing, electrical systems, moisture, previous workmanship, code requirements, or other hidden circumstances may require additional work. Any material adjustment to the agreed scope or price should be documented through the applicable project process.
5. Client Responsibilities. Clients are expected to provide accurate project information and communicate relevant requirements, preferences, restrictions, and known property conditions. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas where work is scheduled and for making timely decisions concerning selections, approvals, colors, fixtures, finishes, and other project details. Delayed decisions, restricted access, incomplete information, or changes requested after approval may affect the project schedule and cost.
6. Property Conditions. Renovation work frequently involves existing structures and systems that may contain conditions that cannot be identified before portions of the property are opened, removed, or examined. Quick House Restore will make reasonable efforts to identify significant issues as they become apparent. Where previously unknown conditions require additional labor, materials, professional services, or revised construction methods, the project may need to be adjusted accordingly. We cannot guarantee the condition of components that were concealed or inaccessible before work commenced.
7. Materials, Products & Selections. Materials, fixtures, appliances, finishes, and other products may be selected according to the project scope and client preferences. Product availability can change because of supplier inventory, manufacturing schedules, discontinued items, shipping conditions, or other circumstances outside our direct control. When an approved product becomes unavailable, a comparable alternative may be discussed with the client. Final selections should be confirmed before procurement whenever the project requires advance ordering.
8. Scheduling & Project Timing. We make reasonable efforts to coordinate projects according to the schedule discussed with the client. However, construction schedules can be affected by permitting requirements, inspections, weather, supplier delays, subcontractor availability, unforeseen property conditions, client-requested changes, delivery interruptions, and other circumstances. Estimated completion dates are therefore planning targets rather than absolute guarantees unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
9. Changes & Additional Work. Home renovation projects may evolve as work progresses. A client may request changes to finishes, layouts, materials, fixtures, or other elements of the approved scope. Additional work may also become necessary because of conditions discovered during construction. Changes that affect labor, materials, scheduling, or project administration may result in additional charges or adjustments to the completion timeline. Where appropriate, such changes should be reviewed and approved before the additional work proceeds.
10. Payments & Project Administration. Payment requirements, deposits, progress payments, final balances, and applicable deadlines are established by the written project documentation. Clients agree to follow the payment schedule associated with their project. Failure to make required payments may result in delayed procurement, suspended work, rescheduling, or other project consequences permitted under the applicable agreement. Any billing question should be raised promptly so that it can be reviewed and addressed efficiently.
11. Access, Work Areas & Household Safety. Clients should keep designated work areas reasonably accessible and remove fragile, valuable, or personal items that could interfere with construction activities. Construction areas may contain tools, materials, dust, temporary barriers, equipment, or unfinished surfaces. Clients, household members, visitors, and pets should remain away from restricted work areas and follow reasonable safety instructions. Quick House Restore may establish temporary access limitations when necessary to support safe project operations.
12. Workmanship & Product Warranties. Any workmanship warranty provided by Quick House Restore is governed by the terms and limitations stated in the applicable project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for products, appliances, fixtures, finishes, equipment, or other supplied items are separate from any workmanship commitment and are subject to the manufacturer's own requirements. Proper maintenance, installation conditions, ordinary wear, misuse, alterations, and circumstances outside our control may affect warranty coverage.
13. Third-Party Providers. Certain projects may involve manufacturers, suppliers, specialty trades, delivery companies, inspectors, designers, engineers, or other third-party professionals. Their services may be governed by their own agreements, warranties, policies, or scheduling requirements. Quick House Restore will coordinate third-party involvement where included within the project scope, but matters controlled exclusively by an independent provider may remain subject to that provider's terms and responsibilities.
14. Website Content. Website descriptions, photographs, examples, project imagery, articles, measurements, service descriptions, and other materials are provided for general reference. Renovation outcomes may differ based on the property, selected materials, lighting, dimensions, existing conditions, craftsmanship requirements, and other project-specific factors. We may modify website content, service descriptions, availability, or other information as our business develops without creating an obligation to maintain previously displayed information.
15. Responsible Website Use. You agree to use the Quick House Restore website lawfully and responsibly. You should not attempt to interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, misuse contact forms, impersonate another person, submit intentionally misleading information, or use website content for unauthorized commercial purposes. We may restrict access to portions of the website when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business, our users, or third-party rights.
16. Intellectual Property. Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, layouts, photographs, logos, and other original materials associated with Quick House Restore are intended for our business use and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal purposes, but you should not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate authorization.
17. Limitation of Responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quick House Restore's responsibility for services, project performance, and related matters is governed by the applicable written project agreement. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or conditions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including certain supplier disruptions, severe weather, governmental actions, hidden property conditions, or client-requested changes. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Cancellations & Project Pauses. Cancellation, postponement, or suspension of a project may involve costs or administrative requirements depending on the project's stage and the terms of the applicable agreement. Materials may have already been ordered, labor may have been scheduled, or preparatory work may have been completed. Clients should communicate requests to cancel or pause a project as early as reasonably possible so that the appropriate next steps can be determined.
19. Resolving Project Concerns. If you have a concern regarding workmanship, scheduling, materials, billing, communication, or another aspect of your project, we encourage you to contact Quick House Restore promptly. Providing clear details and photographs or other relevant information when appropriate can help us understand the issue and determine the most practical way to respond. Project-specific concerns will generally be reviewed according to the applicable written agreement.
20. Updates to These Terms. Quick House Restore may revise these Terms & Conditions when business practices, services, website features, or legal requirements change. Updated terms may be posted on the website with a revised effective or update date where appropriate. Terms applicable to an existing project may continue to be governed by the project agreement already accepted by the parties unless that agreement provides otherwise.
21. Contact & Communication. Questions about these Terms & Conditions, our services, or a specific project should be directed to Quick House Restore through the contact information provided on our website or within your project documentation. We encourage clients to ask questions whenever a project requirement, estimate, schedule, responsibility, or other service detail is unclear so that expectations can be addressed before work proceeds.
